Panache – 4/5
A healthy lunch isn’t always easy when working in the CBD. The greasy and heavy options are great (how good are burgers, huh?), however, Panache on Mill Street provides healthier dishes, along with a relaxed space to escape the office.
On my last couple of visits I tried the pumpkin frittata with a Japanese-esque salad and a tasty corn and zucchini fritter stack with a Mediterranean chicken salad. There is a long menu of freshly made, full-of-healthy-things juices available, alongside pre-packaged options. The watermelon, apple, pear and lemon one was a nice sweet treat.
Panache gets very busy over lunch. Expect a bit of a wait!
