Shouk Cafe

Shouk Cafe – 4/5

Shouk Cafe - 4/5 Paddington's Latrobe and Given Terraces aren't short of breakfast options - it would take you months of Sunday mornings to try each of them. Living close by it has been sad to see some great venues come and go (we loved Hamptons!), however, the revolving door looks like it may have stopped spinning on the little Collingwood Street cafe. Shouk is fantastic. Overlooking quintessential Paddington cottages, Shouk serves up Middle Eastern inspired dishes for breakfast and lunch, daily. We tried the zucchini fritters with haloumi and the delicious shakshuka and challah bread alongside two full-bodied coffees. We also tried one of their drink specials, the Limonata - blended lemon, mint, sugar syrup and ice. We'll be back to try the delicious sounding (and looking!) goats milk date panna cotta.
