Sean's Kitchen - 4.5/5 On a recent trip to Adelaide we wandered into Sean's Kitchen, found on the outer of the Adelaide Casino. A new space from Sean Connolly - it is slick, stylish and busy. On waiting for a table we were entertained by a line of bartenders serving up an impressive array of cocktails. Once seated, our table of four dined on South Australian oysters, duck liver pate with brioche, mushroom cigars, a shared portion of ocean trout with pesto salad, an 'orgy' of mushrooms with light ricotta gnocchi and the prawn linguine with Roma tomatoes, garlic and chilli. All of the dishes were simply plated and full of flavour without being overly rich. Service was friendly and attentive.
